Walking is a very popular activity in North Cyprus. The summer is too hot for
this pastime, the best times are spring and early summer and then again in
October and November. There are many trails available to follow. Hiking tours
for people of all ages and physical disposition are organised by a number of
centres in the Kyrenia area generally conducted in the Kyrenia mountain
range.
